LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State volleyball will close out their four-match homestand this week with matches against UMKC on Thursday at 7 p.m. and Chicago State on Saturday at 1 p.m. The Aggies will also travel to Albuquerque, N.M. on Sunday to face off against New Mexico in the Battle of I-25 at 5 p.m.

All three matches will be broadcast live. Fans can watch Thursday's match on FOX Sports Arizona Plus (Dish SD 441, HD 9579; Hopper 412-29; DirecTV 686-1), FOX College Sports Pacific, Altitude 2, Comcast (Channel 77 in N.M.) and
ESPN3. Saturday and Sunday's matches will be broadcast on KRUX 91.5 FM with Adam Young handling play-by-play duties. Additionally, Sunday's match at UNM will be carried live on the
Mountain West Network.

This is the eighth meeting with UMKC and the seventh with Chicago State. In the series with the 'Roos, four of the seven previous matches have gone four sets. Against the Cougars, the Aggies have never dropped a set.

Sunday marks the 73rd edition of the Battle of I-25 against the Lobos. In the
Mike Jordan era, NM State holds a 16-6 record, with eight sweeps and seven wins in four sets.

Last week the Aggies continued their impressive undefeated streak in the Western Athletic Conference, pushing the number to 19-straight regular season conference wins. NM State is currently riding a nine-match overall winning streak. A large part of both streaks is the performance of junior
Sasha-Lee Thomas, who is six blocks away from 300 career blocks.

The 'Roos are led by 2014 WAC Player of the Year Emma Hagedorn, who has registered 192 kills, 57 blocks and leads the WAC with a .440 hitting percentage. Kaylyn Brandt leads the WAC in assists, putting up an average of 10.97 assists per set. Defensively, UMKC looks to Brianna Starr, who has logged 236 digs and averages 3.93 per set.

Chicago State is paced by Dzeni Hadzisehovic with 177 kills, 30 blocks and three service aces. Defensively, the Cougars are led by Sofia Gruden and Megan Klavitter, who have 54 blocks and 165 digs, respectively.

The Lobos look to Cassie House on offense, with 231 kills, 17 service aces and 44 blocks. On defense, UNM is paced by Ashley Kelsey, who has 301 digs, and Victoria Spragg, with 71 blocks.
