The Aggies come into conference play after winning the Brown Invitational last weekend in Providence, R.I. Current WAC Player of the Week,
Jordan Abalos, earned tournament MVP honors after she averaged 5.60 kills on .431 hitting, 3.80 digs and 0.40 service aces per set, including a new career-high of 22 kills against Central Connecticut State.

NM State currently holds a 7-1 record in the series against the Redhawks. Last season, Seattle U gave the reining WAC Champions their toughest completion en route to a perfect 14-0 conference record. In both matches last year, the Redhawks were the only WAC opponent to push the Aggies to five sets.

This season, Seattle U is led offensively by the current WAC leader in kills, Matea Mamic, who is averaging 4.15 per set. Defensively, the Redhawks look to Aly Borje-Bonkowski and Kory White, who have 219 digs and 37 blocks, respectively.
