FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The New Mexico State finished up the second round of play at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic at the Ptarmigan Country Club on Tuesday. After 36 holes of action, the Aggies have stayed put in eighth place out of 13 teams after shooting a 304-300--604 (+28).
Dominique Galloway continues to lead individual play for NM State as the golfer sits in a tie for fourth with a scorecard of 71-72—143 (-1). Galloway currently leads the tournament field shooting a six-under on par-5 holes.
Pun Chanachai follows in a tie for 32
nd firing a 78-74—152 (+8).
Kehler Koss, tied with Galloway with a team-high eight birdies, has shot a 78-76—154 (+10) and is tied for 43
rd.
Maria Prado and
Tiegan Taylor round out the Aggies starting lineup in a tie for 54
th after shooting a 157 (+13).
Angela Xu, competing as an individual, has shot a 74-79—153 (+9) and is tied for 38
th.
Heading into the final round of tournament play, Boise State sits atop the team leaderboard after shooting a 579 (+3), followed by Nevada in second at 590 (+14) and Nebraska is in third place with a team score of 595 (+19).
