Scouting the Lancers
California Baptist visits the Pan American Center with a 10-12 overall record and a 4-5 record in conference play. The last time the two teams met, the Aggies won 25-20, 20-25, 25-22, 25-17 in Riverside, Calif., on Oct. 7.

Junior middle blocker Sydney Marks leads the way for the Lancers with 232 kills on the season and averages 2.70 kills preset. Defensively, senior Yagoda Jedrzejczak is the squad leader in blocks with 61.0.

As a team, California Baptist is the in the middle of the pack offensively in the WAC. The lancers rank fifth in hitting percentage (.194) and sixth in kills (11.99). The Lancers have struggled defensively with opponents hitting .218 against CBU.

The Aggies hosted a pair of conference matches against Utah Valley on Oct. 24 and Seattle U on Oct. 26. New Mexico State picked up wins in both to extend its winning streak to 11 games.

Against the Wolverines, the first two sets went to extra points with the Aggies winning set one 27-25 and dropping set two 26-28. NM State then picked it up and won the last two sets 25-19 and 25-23.
Savannah Davison recorded 17 kills and a season-high 18 digs for her seventh double-double of the season.

th-straight victory.
