The New Mexico State women’s basketball team signed Molly Kaiser and Taylor Donaldson for the 2020 season.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's basketball team signed guards Taylor Donaldson and Molly Kaiser to National Letters of Intent, head coach Brooke Atkinson announced.

Donaldson, a 5'10" guard, is averaged 23.6 points per game and 8.0 rebounds at Oaks Christian School last season. The native of Newbury Park, Calif., is also decorated as she has been named All-Marmonte League First Team, All-Ventura County First Team and was named to the Ventura County All-Star Team. Along with impressive statistics, Donaldson was also named one of Bluestar Media's players to watch in the 2018 Girls Basketball Elite 100.

"Taylor is a very athletic lefty that can play the one through the three, get to the rim and can really shoot the three," Atkinson said. "She can be very dynamic defensively with her length and athleticism."

Kaiser joins the Aggies from Watauga, Texas, where she starred at Saginaw High School. While with the Rough Riders, she has been named First-Team All-District all three years. The 5'8" guard was named to the All-Region and All-State teams following the 2017-18 season and was named the District 6-5A Offensive Player of the Year of the same season.

"Molly is a bigger, stronger combo guard with a high basketball IQ and has the ability to score the ball in many ways," said Atkinson.

The Aggies return to the court for the Battle of I-25 when New Mexico comes to town on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m.
