Aggies head to San Antonio to take on UIW and Trinity College.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State swimming and diving team heads to San Antonio, Texas, to take on Incarnate Word and D-III Trinity College on Monday, Dec. 16, at 11:30 a.m. (MT).

"This should be a fun, exciting meet," said head coach Rick Pratt. "There will also be a men's competition going on at the same time which will allow the girls to get longer rest between races than they normally do. It has been a struggle with finals week but the girls worked hard to make sure they still got their training in and will be ready to race on Monday."

The meet will follow the traditional 16-event format with the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay instead of the 400. NM State is set to contest the 200 Medley Relay, 1000 Free, 200 Free, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 200 Fly, 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Back, 200 Breast, 500 Free, 100 Fly, 200 IM and 200 Free Relay.

The Aggies are coming off a dominant win over WAC rival Northern Arizona in which they set a bevy of school and pool records.

NM State then gets some time off for break before returning to the Swimming and Diving Complex  to take on CSU Pueblo on Saturday, Jan. 4, at 11:30 a.m.
