LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's golf team plays in its final regular season tournament at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, April 8-9, in Maricopa, Ariz. at the Southern Dunes Golf Club. The Aggies are one of 20 squads competing for the title at the 13
th annual event.
Joining NM State in the Grand Canyon State is Boise State, Cal Poly, CSU Bakersfield, CSU Fullerton, Eastern Washington, Montana, Montana State, North Dakota State, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Portland State, Santa Clara, Seattle U, South Dakota State, Southern Utah, UC Riverside, UT Arlington, Battle of I-10 rival UTEP and host Wyoming.
Traveling for the Aggies is

Kehler Koss and
Angela Xu in the starting lineup.
Maria Prado is set to compete as an individual. Chanachai holds the record for the lowest round score by an individual at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic after shooting a 65 (-7) during the second round in 2018.
Play at the event is set for 54 holes over two days beginning with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. MT for the first two rounds on Monday, April 8, followed by another 7:30 a.m. shotgun start for the final 18 holes on Tuesday, April 9. After the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, the New Mexico State women's golf team travels up to Lakewood, Wash. for the Western Athletic Conference Tournament, April 17-20, at the Oakbrook Golf Club.
