Aggies Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honor

NM State track & field was honored for its academic excellence by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

NEW ORLEANS - On the track, in the field and in the classroom, the Aggies excelled in everything they did.

NM State track & field was one of 264 programs named an All-Academic Team for the 2020 NCAA Division I Women's Track & Field season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday.

The cumulative GPA for all student-athletes on the team must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale to qualify. Head coach Doug Reynolds' Aggies maintained a 3.35 GPA all while winning the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Indoor Championship for the first time in program history in February.
