LAS CRUCES, N.M. - From NM State to the NFL.
Three former Aggie football stars were playing at the next level during Week 17 of the 2020 NFL season. Here's a quick recap of how NM State football alums fared in the seventeenth and final week of the regular season:
Jason Huntley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles
- Two carries for five yards in Philadelphia's 20-14 loss to the Washington Football Team on Sunday night.
- Hauled in his first career catch in the season finale.Â
- Finished his rookie campaign with five rushes for 18 total yards (3.8 avg.) in five games played.
- Logged one reception and returned two kickoffs for 36 total yards, including a season-long return of 20 yards, on the year.
Jaleel Scott, WR, New York Jets
- Member of the team's practice squad.
- Finished the season with one reception for 16 yards.
Winston Rose, DB, Cincinnati Bengals
- Elevated to the team's active roster from the practice squad on Saturday.
- Did not see action in Cincinnati's 38-3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
