TULSA, Okla. -- The NM State women's golf program closes out its fall slate Monday and Tuesday when they head to the Dale McNamara Invitational hosted by Tulsa University at the Golf Club of Oklahoma.

The 13-team 54-hole tournament gets underway Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. (MT) with the first round. The action continues Monday afternoon with the second round at around 12:30 p.m. (MT), before the third and final round begins on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. (MT). The Aggies will be playing with UNM and Fresno State during the first round.

The field for Dale McNamara features three teams ranked inside the top-50 of Golkweeks' rankings and 12 of the 13 competitors are ranked inside the top-100.

NM State will look to build on the strongest performance of the fall season so far at last week's Aggie Invitational. Led by WAC Athlete of the Week Amelia McKee, the Aggies finished second, just one shot behind UIW, while McKee also finished second. The Spring, Texas native shot a three-round score of 210 (-6) including a final round 70 that included three birdies and an eagle stretch on holes seven through 11.

With the fall competition schedule complete, the Aggies will turn their attention to the spring schedule which begins at The Gold Rush (hosted by Long Beach) tournament Feb. 28-Mar. 1.
