Meeting with Houston Baptist Cancelled, Will be Rescheduled for 2022-23

The New Mexico State women's basketball team has been forced to reschedule its tilt with Houston Baptist for second straight year.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Aggies' upcoming matchup with Houston Baptist has been canceled, Head Coach Brooke Atkinson announced Friday afternoon. The contest was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 21 in Las Cruces.
 
The cancelation comes as a result of positive COVID-19 tests within the HBU program.
 
After initially appearing on the 2020-21 lineup and getting postponed to this fall, the game will now be included in the 2022-23 schedule.
