LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Coming off a win at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, the New Mexico State women's golf team heads to Albuquerque for the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational at UNM Champion Course Sunday, April 11, and Monday, April 12, for one final tune up before the Western Athletic Conference Championship.

The Aggies are set to face off against a competitive field on the 6,317-yard, par-72 UNM Championship Course that includes No. 22 Arizona. NM State will also take on UNM, NAU, Pepperdine, Washington, Kansas State, Wyoming, UNLV, Denver and Grand Canyon.

At the Cowgirl Classic, Chanachai, Mckee, Quihuis and Gastelum all finished in the top-20 as the Aggies captured their first team championship of the season. Chanachai finished in fifth place after shooting a 215 (-1) at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Ariz.

Following the Branch/McGuire, NM State travels to Boulder City, Nev., and Boulder Creek Golf Club for the WAC Championship April 19-21.
