CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Four members of the New Mexico State women's golf team earned Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar honors, the WGCA announced on Tuesday morning.

The four Aggies receiving the honor are WAC Player of the Year
Amelia McKee, First Team All-WAC honoree
Pun Chanachai, WAC Freshman of the Year
Alison Gastelum and
Karen Miyamoto. The WGCA has stringent selection criteria for the award with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 required to qualify.

A total of 1,432 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with the honor.

Along with being named WGCA All-American Scholars, all four Aggies helped lead NM State to a WAC Championship and a top-10 finish at the NCAA Stanford Regional at Stanford Golf Course.
