LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State Athletics has long received tremendous support from its local community, and that support only continues to grow. Next month will mark the start of a new relationship with another Mesilla Valley business.
 
NM State Director of Athletics Mario Moccia announced Tuesday morning that FARMesilla will now serve as a certified one-stop-shop for all Aggie-branded products.
 
To commemorate the new partnership, NM State Athletics will be hosting an evening happy hour at FARMesilla located at 1840 Avenida de Mesilla in Mesilla, N.M. The unveiling of the "Aggie Corner" will take place on August 11 and will run from 4 to 7 p.m. Aggie gift baskets and all Aggie consumables will be available for purchase during the event.
 
The NM State collection includes Pistol Pete's 1888 Ale (beer), Pistol Pete's Crimson Legacy (wine), Pistol Pete's Six Shooter (whiskey) and Pistol Pete's "Smell of Victory" (candle) among others.
 
"Mesilla's Favorite Farm to Market Store" will also provide the option to order Aggie products online – giving easy access to Aggie fans located across the country.
 
Additionally, to show their appreciation to all attendees of the Aggie Corner kick off, FARMesilla will also be offering cases of their roasted New Mexico Green Chile at a discounted price of $28. Chile must be paid for on the day of the event and can be scheduled for pick up anytime in August.
 
FARMesilla opened its doors in August of 2018 and prides itself on supporting local farmers who are mostly located in the Mesilla Valley. Its mission is to connect its customers to their farmers and bring farm-fresh produce to their tables.
