ANAHEIM, Calif. – Over the weekend, NM State Cheer added to its trophy case as they brought home two first-place finishes and a second-place finish at the 2023 USA Collegiate Championships in Anaheim, Calif.
The Aggie squad claimed the top spot in the 4-year College Mascot competition after posting an average score of 91. They also earned a first-place distinction in the 4-year College Show Cheer Large Coed Intermediate competition thanks to an average score of 90.
Additionally, NM State rounded out its weekend by averaging a 91 to secure a second-place finish in the 4-Year College Show Cheer Large Coed Advanced.
The Aggies will next compete on April 5-9 when they travel to Daytona Beach, Fla., to take part in the NCA College Nationals.
