CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Four Aggies – Emma Bunch, Alison Gastelum, Meiji Tungprapunvong, and Kaylee Chen – were named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team on Thursday.

The quartet of Aggies were some of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers selected from 378 programs. The Aggies were honored with a quarter of the total selections for Conference USA members. Middle Tennessee led all CUSA schools with six selections, while Jacksonville State (4) and UTEP (2) also were honored.

To be selected for the WGCA All-American Scholar Team, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the season, and have competed in 50% of the regularly scheduled competitive rounds throughout the year.

Both Gastelum and Tungprapunvong earned WGCA All-American Scholar honors in 2022. The honors are the first of Bunch and Chen's careers.
