LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Both NM State men's and women's basketball continue to solidify their non-conference schedules. On Monday afternoon, NM State and New Mexico announced the resumption of the Battle of I-25.
 
The in-state showdown is set to resume on Saturday, December 2, in Albuquerque when both the men's and women's teams will travel to The Pit. Later in the month, the Aggies' and Lobos' men's basketball programs will return to Las Cruces for a December 15th meeting in the Pan American Center. NM State and New Mexico have not met in Las Cruces since November 30, 2021.
 
The December 2 contest will be the lone meeting in 2023-24 on the women's side. In 2022-23, NM State and New Mexico split a pair of meetings with the Aggies winning 73-64 in overtime in Las Cruces.
 
Tipoff times for all three contests are still to be announced. Any updates regarding the games will be sent through the NM State basketball social media channels and nmstatesports.com.
 
Tickets for the December 15th clash between in-state foes will go on sale at a later date. Season tickets for both NM State men's and women's basketball are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the Pan American Center ticket office at 575-646-1420 or by stopping by from 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. to purchase tickets in-person Monday-Friday.
