LIVE SCORING & RESULTS

PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – After a strong start to the 2023-24 season on Sunday, the Aggies remained in fourth place after the second round with each of the top four programs holding their positions. Lipscomb's lead has grown to 13 shots over the Aggies and six shots over second-place UNCW.

A late surge by Emma Bunch pushed her into the top ten. With birdies on 13, 15, and 16, Bunch finished the second round with a 70 (-1) to jump into a tie for ninth place. Entering Monday's round, Bunch was tied for 32nd.

Both Angela Garvin and Valentina Origel also remain inside the top 25 of the Golfweek Fall Challenge field as individuals, shooting 73 (+2) and 74 (+3), respectively. Garvin found success with four birdies on the round but a pair of double-bogeys came back to hamper her efforts. Origel used back-to-back birdies on holes nine and ten to shave a few strokes off of her scorecard.

NM State will look to conclude the tournament with a strong showing on Tuesday morning.

Second Round Notes
  • Emma Bunch posted a late charge with three birdies on holes 13, 15, and 16
  • Bunch climbed 23 spots on Monday into a tie for ninth place
  • Each of the top four team spots remain unchanged as Lipscomb, UNCW, Charleston Southern, and NM State hold tight.
  • Four teams – East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Campbell, and Central Arkansas - are right on NM State's heels in a tie for fifth place.
