FINAL RESULTS
 
PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – A career-round from Emma Bunch brough the first top-three finish for both herself and her team. On Tuesday, Bunch fired a career-low 67 (-4) to help pace the Aggies. When play concluded at the Golfweek Fall Challenge, Bunch would go on to finish in a tied for second place. As a team, NM State finished in third at the event, trailing just UNC Wilmington and Lipscomb.
 
While Bunch led the way, newcomer Angela Garvin recorded her first top 25 finish as an Aggie on Tuesday. Garvin, a graduate transfer from Maryland, wound up in a tie for 20th place, shooting 218 (+5) on the tournament. Outside of the stellar performance by Bunch, Kaylee Chen turned in the lowest NM State score on Tuesday. With a stretch of three-under between holes seven and 17, Chen carded a 70 (-1) before finishing tied for 33rd.
 
Bunch and the Aggies will head to Madison, Wis. on Sunday to tee off the Badger Invitational, hosted by Wisconsin. The Aggies will be paired with UTSA and Augusta in the opening round of the 15-team tournament.
 
Second Round Notes

• The Aggies gained one spot on Tuesday, finishing alone in third place.
• As an individual, Emma Bunch tied for second place with Victoria Levy from UNC Wilmington.
• Bunch fired a collegiate career-best 67 (-4) on Tuesday, shattering her previous record by two strokes.  
• Angela Garvin recorded her first top 25 finish as a member of the Aggies in her first tournament. Garvin tied for 20th in South Carolina.
