MADISON, Wis. - Among teams in the 15-team Badger Invitational field, NM State matched the lowest-score in Monday's action, shooting a 284 (-4). As a result, NM State rocketed up five spots into fourth place and enters the final round in prime position.

After firing a career-best 67 (-4) in the final round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge,
Emma Bunch once again broke her personal best on Monday. Bunch, a sophomore from Denmark, shot a six-under 66 to help the Aggies shoot up the leaderboard. On the back nine holes, Bunch posted five birdies to finish with a 31 (-5). The stellar showing from Bunch moved her 27 spots up the leaderboard and into sole possession of third place.

Following the lead of Bunch,
Angela Garvin matched her career-best on Monday by carding a 69 (-3). Previously, Garvin had posted a 69 while playing for Maryland in the final round of the ICON Invitational. Over the final 12 holes of her round, Garvin went four-under without a bogey, pacing her 30 spot ascension into a tie for 13th.

Back-to-back birdies from
Valentina Origel helped push her into NM State's scoring efforts on Monday. Origel finished the round with a 75 (+3) to round out the Aggies' lineup while
Kaylee Chen carded a 74 (+2).

When the final round gets underway, NM State, Colorado State, and Indiana will all be paired together. The group will tee off from tees four, five, and six, beginning at 9:00 a.m. CT / 8:00 a.m. MT.
