NM State to Participate in Desert Division of Arizona Tip-Off Event

The Aggies will be facing off against Pepperdine in their first contest of the invitational tournament.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - During the 2023-24 season, NM State will take part in the second-annual Arizona Tip-Off Tournament. Competing in the Desert Division, featuring Bowling Green, Pepperdine, Weber State and NM State, the Aggies will play a pair of games taking place Nov. 29-30 at Mullett Arena in Tempe, Ariz.  

In its first game, NM State will face off against Pepperdine on Friday, Nov. 29 at 1:30 p.m. Pepperdine leads the all-time series against the Aggies 7-4 with NM State winning the last meeting 78-72 on Dec. 18, 2009. The Aggies will face Weber State or Bowling Green the next day, competing for first or third place in the tournament, depending on their game's outcome.

Saturday, Nov. 30 Desert Third-Place Game Noon  

Saturday, Nov. 30 Desert Championship Game 2:30 p.m.
