LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Coming off her second consecutive appearance in an NCAA Regional, NM State women's golf standout
Emma Bunch announced she will conclude her collegiate career with the Aggies.
"I can't wait to be back in Las Cruces for my senior year,"
Emma Bunch said. "I couldn't imagine a more perfect place for me to finish my biochemistry degree and continue to prepare to play professionally after I graduate. I have a tremendous amount of support from my coaches, my teammates and the whole Aggie community, so I have no doubt that my senior year at NM State is going to be the best way for me to prepare for what the future holds. Aggie Up!"
"We are thrilled to have Emma returning for one more year in Las Cruces," Head Women's Golf Coach
Danny Bowen remarked. "She is an incredible representative of our program, and it's been an awesome journey to watch her develop during her time here. I can't wait to see what she has in store for her senior year!"
Bunch will enter the fall season with a program record seven individual titles to her name and has now recorded 18 top-10 finishes in her three-year career with the Aggies. Bunch has also qualified for back-to-back NCAA Regionals and is coming off two consecutive First Team All-Conference USA selections.
