LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State women's golf team will officially open the new season tomorrow morning when they open play at the Sam Golden Invitational – a tournament hosted by North Texas at Oakmont Country Club in Corinth, Texas.
The 54-hole event will see teams play 36 holes on Monday before returning Tuesday for the final round of competition. Monday's opening round will start at 7:30 a.m. MT with the final round beginning at 7 a.m. MT.
AGGIE LINEUP
In Texas, the Aggies will be represented by
Emma Bunch,
Rylee Salome,
Marley Moncada,
Sophia Luna and Alex Armendariz. The group features returners Bunch, Moncada and Armendariz in addition to newcomers Luna and Salome.
THE FIELD
The deep field of 13 programs includes host North Texas, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Missouri, Louisville, Nebraska, Tulsa, Texas State, UTSA, Middle Tennessee, Tulane and Central Arkansas.
