Biography

2016-17: Played in all 31 games as a junior…helped the Aggies win their third-straight WAC regular-season and tournament title…scored a season-high 19 points against Seattle U (2/25) on the road…dished out a career-high 12 assists against Sacramento State (11/18)…led the Aggies with a .450 three-point shooting clip.

2015-16: Played in all 31 games as a sophomore…helped the Aggies win their second-straight regular-season and Western Athletic Conference tournament title…also played in NM State’s second-straight NCAA Tournament game against Arizona State (3/18) and scored two points…dished out a career-high eight assists and six steals against Sacramento State (11/19)…put up a season-high 17 points against Western New Mexico (1/4)…recorded 10 points against Chicago State on the road on 3-of-3 shooting and 2-of-2 from 3-point range…dropped 12 on Chicago State (2/13), this time at home…recorded five points in the WAC Tournament Championship game against UTRGV (3/12).
 
2014-15: Saw action in 29 games as a freshman at New Mexico State and started in one…helped NM State win both the regular-season and conference tournament…saw action in the Aggies’ first NCAA Tournament since 1988…dropped 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting from 3-point range with three rebounds and four steals against UTEP (11/14) on the road…followed up with a 14-point performance at Sacramento State (11/20) and 18 points against Weber State (11/28)…went for a career-high 25 points at Southern Utah on 9-of-13 shooting, including a 7-for-9 night beyond the arc…finished first season at NM State averaging 4.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per game with a .373 shooting clip.
 
High School: A four-year letter winner at Santa Margarita Catholic High School under Matt Houser…averaged 11 points, five assists, four rebounds and three steals…helped guide SMCHS to its first California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section Division III Championship as a senior, its first section title since 2010, with 18 points…scored a game-high 24 points in the CIF-SS semifinals a week earlier…the Eagles advanced to the CIF State DIII semifinals that year as well…for her efforts, Williams was named the CIF-SS DIII Player of the Year and was named to the All-Orange County Girls Basketball Team by OC Sidelines.
 
Personal: Daughter of Nate and Tamara Williams…has three older brothers: Jamari, Yogi and Gary…majoring in business with a minor in fashion.
