2018: Redshirt season due to injury…

2017: Played in 15 matches before suffering from a season-ending injury... Posted a season-high 10 kills at UT Rio Grande Valley (9/23)... Gathered five blocks against Rhode Island (8/25), Valparaiso (8/26) and Samford (9/9)... Recorded a pair of aces against Rhode Island (8/25)... Averaged 0.92 blocks per set... 

High School: Was a four-year letter winner at Sahuaro High School… Guided SHS to an 89-35 overall record in her four years… Led the Cougars to three-consecutive league titles, including a 35-3 mark her senior year… Was also a varsity hurdler on the track & field team where she broke the 38-year old 100m hurdle record as a freshman.
 
Personal: Daughter of Darian and Roberta Sterns… Has two older brothers, Bryce and Cole… Brother Bryce played football at Valparaiso (2011-14) while brother Cole plays football at Northern Arizona… Cousin Jordan was a First-Team All-Big 12 football player at Oklahoma State (2013-16)… Uncle James played basketball at Baylor while uncle Reggie played football at McMurray
