Biography

2004 (Senior): Ballesteros should be a key impact player for the Aggies this spring. He will start at third, but also see time at catcher. He should hit in the number five spot.

2002-2003 (Sophomore-Junior): Ballesteros attended Lubbock Christian University his sophomore and junior years where he played for the Chaparrals. Ballesteros batted .300 with nine home runs and 50 rbi last year. He was tied for second on the team with 17 doubles and scored 43 runs. In his first year at Lubbock Christian, Ballesteros played and started in 32 games. He suffered a broken forearm after 28 games. He hit .306 with 35 runs batted in to go along with five doubles, two triples and eight home runs.

2001 (Freshman): Ballesteros batted .520 with 19 home runs and 89 RBI at Howard Junior College his freshman season.

High School: Ballesteros earned first team all-district honors and team MVP while batting .506 with 29 home runs and 109 RBI his senior year at Hanks High. While playing for the Knights, Ballesteros helped his team capture two bi-district titles and one district title.

Personal: Adrian was born in El Paso, Texas and is the son of Andres and Hortencia Ballesteros. He is majoring in Business.
