Recorded three or more punch outs in four of his five outings ... Made his season debut against Texas Southern (2/15), striking out four in 3.0 innings to earn the win ... Back-to-back scoreless against Iona (2/22) and at #8 Arizona State (2/25) ... Struck out three Gaels in 3.0 innings to record his lone save of the season before racking up four strikeouts in 2.0 innings on the road against the nationally ranked Sun Devils ... Three strikeouts against Purdue Fort Wayne (2/29).

Shined in the postseason, throwing a complete game (seven innings) while earning the win in the WAC Tournament Semifinal game vs Seattle (5/25) … Compiled a 5-3 record with a 3.34 ERA in 20 games (11 starts) … Threw 70 innings with 53 strikeouts ... Compiled a 1.32 ERA in ten appearances (five starts) against non-conference opponents … Allowed only three earned runs in his final four appearances of the season over 19 and two thirds innings … Worked one and a third scoreless innings of relief in the NCAA Regional in Lubbock vs host, Texas Tech (6/1).

2017 (Sophomore at New Mexico JC)
Led the Thunderbirds with 14 appearances and 12 games started … Posted a 3-4 record with three complete games … Tossed 77 strikeouts over 68.1 innings pitched … Had a season-high 12 strikeouts and allowed just two hits against Wharton Country JC … Threw five or more strikeouts in nine appearances during his sophomore campaign.
 
2016 (Freshman at New Mexico JC)
Appeared in 18 games with 11 starts on the mound for New Mexico JC as a freshman … Posted a 7-3 record with four complete games … Threw 82 strikeouts over 76.1 innings pitched … Tossed a season-high 10 strikeouts and allowed just one run in a win over Western Texas College.
 
High School
Played two years of varsity baseball at Eastlake High School under head coach Marc Herrera … Helped the Falcons to a 47-16-1 overall record and 28-2 mark in district play over two seasons … Was named to the El Paso Times All-City Team as a senior.
