New Mexico State University Athletics

2018 (Junior): Appeared in 29 games with 21 starts behind the plate…Played a big role in the first WAC Tournament Championship in program history…Started all five games and played every inning of the WAC Tourney at catcher…Drove in the only two runs of the game in the WAC Tournament Quarterfinal win vs Sacramento State (5/24)…Finished the season with a .273 batting average, two doubles and nine runs batted in…Threw out all nine runners trying to steal base…Compiled a .318 average in conference only games…Went 1-for-2 with a walk and a run in the Lubbock Regional opening game against host, Texas Tech (6/1)…Reached base safely in the last 11 games of the season.

2017 (Navarro CC): Played in 54 games for the Bulldogs as a sophomore… Led the team with a .347 batting average to go with 14 doubles and three homers… Had 41 runs scored and 39 RBI… Registered a team-high .489 on-base percentage… Had a team-best .400 batting average over six games in the post-season.
 
2016 (Texas Tech): Appeared in five games for the Red Raiders… Made one plate appearance.
 
High School: Played four years of varsity baseball at Nimitz High School under head coach Robert Mendoza…  Was a catcher and pitcher for the Nimitz Vikings… Hit .381 with 20 RBIs and 3 home runs as a junior… Threw out 50 percent of base runners when behind the plate… Was an honorable mention on the Perfect Game Underclass Team as a sophomore and junior… Named Perfect Game Texas Region All-American Honorable Mention as a senior.
