Biography

Prior to NM State: Hermanussen spent his freshman and sophomore year as a catcher for the Hastings College Broncos in Hastings, Neb.

High School: Hermanussen attended Golden High School in Golden, Colo., where he graduated in 2011. As a catcher for the Demons, Hermanussen received an All-Conference honorable mention his senior season under coach Brady.

Personal: Hermanussen is the son of John Hermanussen and Cheri Mantle. Hermanussen is majoring in marketing.
