Tofte pitched in six games for Tacoma CC, all in relief … Posted an eye-popping 1.42 ERA with a 1-0 record … Earned his first collegiate win on May 13 versus Clark, working 1.1 innings and fanning three … Struck out a season-high three in three consecutive appearances … Notched his first collegiate save on May 27, working 2.1 scoreless innings against Spokane … Allowed just two earned runs in 9.2 innings of work.

Worked under now-NM State Head Coach Jake Angier at Oregon … Did not appear in any contests for the Ducks … Redshirted.
