Biography

High School: Piersol was a four-year letterman at St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque, N.M., as a pitcher.  In his senior season, Piersol helped his team win a district championship and was named all-district, all-metro, and all-state first team.  Piersol was also selected the 4A all-metro player of the year.  He competed in the Connie Mac World Series in Farmington, N.M. following his senior season as well as the North/South All-Star game.  Piersol also worked with former Aggie, and All-American, Luke Hopkins.

Personal: Piersol is the son of Tom and Becky Piersol and is from Albuquerque, N.M.  He is majoring in computer science at NM State.
