The Freshman from Las Cruces was featured in 30 games for the Aggies making 29 starts... Solorzano played in every game he was healthy in as he missed 24 games due to a hand injury... Solorzano had a batting average of .327... In 110 at-bats he recorded 36 total hits... He hit six doubles and three home runs for the Aggies... Solorzano also hade 18 RBIs... Solorzano made five appearances and one start on the mound... He threw for 7.0 total innings on the year only giving up nine hits and six earned runs... Solorzano walked two batters and struck out nine in his seven innings of work.
