Biography

Sophomore (2014): Aguirre redshirted for the Aggies during the 2014 season. 

Freshman (2013): Aguirre made 11 appearances throwing a total of 11.0 innings during the 2013 season.  He finished the year with an 8.18 ERA posting 14 strikeouts and 16 walks.  He gave up 10 earned runs on 14 hits.

High School: Aguirre pitched for La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, N.M.  He graduated in 2011.  During his senior year, Aguirre amassed a 28-5 record and helped lead La Cueva to the state championship.

Personal: Aguirre is the son of Daniel and Jeanne Aguirre.  He was born in Albuquerque, N.M.
