Played in 13 games for the Aggies, making 12 starts en route to a Quick Lane Bowl victory⦠Ranked fifth on the team with 44 tackles, while also being among the five Aggie players to record an interception ā and the only one to return it for a touchdown⦠Added four pass breakups, 1.5 tackles for loss and a blocked kick, one of just two for the NM State defense on the season⦠Had an all-around game against UTEP posting seven total tackles, while splitting a tackle for loss and recording his first pass breakup of the season⦠Returned an interception 19 yards for a touchdown ā both firsts ā within the opening minute of the Aggies home win over Lamar (11/12)⦠Recorded a career-high eight tackles as NM State rolled now-CUSA foe Liberty (11/26)⦠Closed the year with another 0.5 tackles for loss and four total tackles against Bowling Green.

Appeared in a single game for Michigan, logging time in the team's win over Northern Illinois (Sept. 18)ā¦Helped Michigan post a 12-2 record which included an 8-1 showing in Big Ten actionā¦Michigan won the Big Ten Championship Game and advanced to the College Football Playoff semifinal/Capital One Orange Bowl where it faced eventual CFP National Champion Georgia.
