Played in 11 games and had 10 starts… Racked up 31 tackles with 12 unassisted and 19 assisted… Had a career-high five tackles at UTEP (Sept. 13) which he matched against Louisiana-Monroe (Nov. 22)… Amassed a career-best three unassisted tackles at Troy (Oct. 11) and tied that against Louisiana-Monroe… Collected one tackle for loss at Arkansas State (Nov. 29).

Played defensive tackle for Lamar HS in Houston, Texas… Recorded 54 tackles, 18 tackles for loss and 12 sacks as a senior to earn First Team All-District… Named to Second Team All-District as a junior.
