High School: A versatile athlete who played quarterback at Granger... As a senior, he completed 224 of 332 passes for 3,295 yards and 33 touchdowns... Added 76 carries for 709 yards and nine touchdowns... Totaled 4,004 yards and 42 total touchdowns in one season... Named to the Deseret News 5A All-State Second Team... Transferred to Granger from De La Salle High School in California... As a junior at De La Salle running the option, he passed for 766 yards and seven touchdowns while running the ball for 155 yards and seven more touchdowns... Also recruited by BYU, Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Arizona State Utah, Utah State, UNLV, Florida Atlantic and Hawaii... Spend the spring of 2025 enrolled and practicing at BYU before transferring to Oklahoma State for the 2025 season.
