Daniel Carr enters his first season as an offensive graduate assistant with the New Mexico State football program in 2020.
Carr arrived at NM State after coaching at the high-school level for two seasons. He was the pass game coordinator at Tolleson HS in Tolleson, Arizona, during the 2019 campaign after spending 2018 as the wide receivers and defensive backs coach at Sunnyside HS in Tucson, Arizona.
The Tucson native also taught AP Psychology while working at Tolleson HS.
Carr began his collegiate playing career at Western New Mexico in 2013 before transferring to Arizona Christian. He played two seasons of football for the Firestorm, lining up at wide receiver and defensive back.
He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Arizona in 2017.
