Over his past two seasons at Whittier College serving as the Wide Receivers coach he has helped develop two All-SCIAC wide receivers (Hakim Williams Jr. & Moises Gonzalez). Played two years of junior college football at Itawamba Community College. Was an all conference wide receiver and graduated with an A.A. Degree.

Finished playing career at Tabor College. After being a two time all conference wide receiver, Â participated in the 2015 NFL regional Combine hosted by the New Orleans Saints. Then graduated with a B.A. Degree in Sports Studies.

Spent the last three years as a graduate assistant wide receivers coach for Tabor College and was a part of a coaching staff that was a three-peat conference championship team before graduating with a Masters degree (M.B.A.) in May of 2019. Been nationally ranked in the Top 25 for six consecutive seasons at Tabor College, three as a player & three as a coach. Helped the Bluejays to a record of 22-9 as a coach and to a combined record of 41-14 during his Tabor College career.Â

Gill also played arena pro football for the CIF league in Kansas, playing on the Wichita Force (2019).Â
