2012 (Junior): Callender started all 12 games for the Aggies at strong safety in his junior season.  He recorded 86 total tackles and had two interceptions on the season.  Callender recorded a career-high 13 tackles against Louisiana Tech (Oct. 27).  Callender intercepted passes against Auburn (Nov. 3) and San Jose State (Nov. 10).
2011 (Sophomore): Callender played in six games for the Aggies at safety and on special teams. He tallied five tackles on the season with a season-high two against UTEP (Sept.17). Callender also returned one kick on the season.
2010 (Freshman): Callender played in seven games for the Aggies, starting one game in 2010. On the season, Callender recorded 29 tackles, 16 solo efforts and a pass break-up. In his first career start as an Aggie, Callender tallied a career-high nine tackles against Kansas (Sept. 25). Versus San Jose State (Oct. 30) and LA Tech (Nov. 13), he grabbed six tackles. Callender also recorded four tackles and a pass break-up against UTEP (Sept. 18).
High School: Callender is from Doral Academy in Miami, Fl. Callender played basketball and football in high school and was named all-Dade County in football.
Personal: Callender is majoring individualized studies. and is the son of Osmore Callender and the late Veronica Williams and resides with legal guardian Shalonda McGregor.
