Started at quarterback for Rio Rancho HS in 2012 after starting at quarterback for three seasons at Santa Fe HS… Was an Albuquerque Journal All-State Second Team pick and was selected to start for New Mexico’s North-South All-Star Game… Two-time All-District and a State Farm All-Metro quarterback… Was named Sports Authority Athlete of the month twice… Completed over 68 percent of his passes for 3,865 yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior… Rushed for 10 touchdowns… Threw for over 4,000 yards at SFHS and was named Santa Fe High School’s Offensive player of the Year in 2009 and 2010… Also competed in basketball, baseball and track and field and was the Javelin 5A State Champion as a senior… Was an Honor Roll Student.
