2014 (Junior)
Played in 12 games and started 11… Accumulated 52 tackles with 36 unassisted and 16 assisted… Racked up a career-high eight tackles at Idaho (Oct. 18)… Amassed a career-best five unassisted tackles at Troy (Oct. 11) and Idaho… Had one fumble recovery at Idaho… Grabbed one interception at UTEP (Sept. 13)… Collected four pass break-ups.

2013 (Sophomore)
Racked up 33 tackles at defensive back and returned one interception for 33 yards… Grabbed one fumble recovery and had three pass break-ups in 11 games… Garnered a season-high five tackles against No. 13 UCLA (Sept. 21) which he matched against Louisiana-Lafayette (Nov. 2) and Idaho (Nov. 30)… Snatched first career interception against Florida Atlantic (Nov. 23)… Recorded five games with at least four tackles… Also played for special teams on kickoff return and coverage.

Prior to NM State
Played cornerback at Monroe College and had 19 tackles, two pass break-ups and a forced fumble.

Prep
Played for Frisco Liberty HS… Was a First Team All-District selection in 2010 and 2011… Tallied 57 tackles, 11 pass break-ups, three interceptions and a sack as a senior… Also played basketball and ran track… Invited to the Texas Relays and ran a season-best 10.76 in the 100-meter dash.
