Biography

2009 (Junior): Caldwell played in five games for the Aggies on special teams and at the defensive back position. On the season, Caldwell tallied one tackle against UTEP (9/19).

Cerrios Junior College: Caldwell was Cerrios’ top defensive back in 2008. He tallied 48 tackles on the season and three pass breakups. As a freshman in 2007, Caldwell appeared in all nine games and finished the year with 21 tackles (13 solo) and one pass breakup. He registered a season-high five tackles in the final game of the season against Pasadena City College, while he opened the year with four tackles against Compton College.

High School: Caldwell was a first team All-Sunkist League selection as a senior after recording 72 tackles and three interceptions, while helping his team to a league championship. Caldwell was a member of the football, basketball and track and field teams at Kaiser.

Personal: Caldwell is the son of Darrell Caldwell and Rachel Ramos. He plans to major in criminal justice.
