Played for four years at Desert Edge HS under Rich Welbrook… Helped guide team to an 8-0 record and second in the division as a freshman… As a sophomore, helped team to a 7-2 record and third in the division… Team racked up a perfect 12-0 record in 2013 and was runner-up in the championship… Performance helped team to an 11-1 record as a senior… Team was first in the division in 2014… Was named First Team All-State at left tackle.
