2012-13 (Junior)
In his third season in Las Cruces, Dixon played in 34 games and started in 13 contests. He averaged 5.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game in 2012-13. Dixon shot 50 percent from the field (68-of-136), 50 percent from the 3-point line (4-of-8) and 71.4 percent from the free-throw line (50-of-70). Defensively, Dixon played a major role in the Aggies’ success. He recorded 46 blocked shots, which is tied for ninth on NM State’s single-season list. Dixon helped the Aggies set the school record for blocked shots in a season (193). NM State also matched the program record for blocks in a single game with Dixon swatting a career-high five shots en route to the Aggies tallying 12 blocks at UTSA (Feb. 2). Dixon had three or more blocked shots in seven games including three games with four rejections: Southeastern Louisiana (Nov. 15), UTSA (Jan. 3) and San Jose State (Jan. 19). He also posted three blocks in the NCAA Tournament against No. 13 Saint Louis (March 21). Offensively, Dixon was in double-digits in five games and recorded his first career double-double with 10 points and a career-high 14 rebounds along with three blocked shots at San Jose State (Feb. 14). Dixon’s first double-figure performance of the season came in the 67-37 win over Northern New Mexico (Nov. 21), when he scored 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting. In the middle of WAC play, Dixon had 12 points on a 6-for-6 showing at the free-throw line along with his five blocks in the 75-62 victory at UTSA. In the following game, Dixon helped the Aggies hold off Idaho (Feb. 7) for a 76-74 win with a dozen points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field, including a 3-pointer on his lone attempt of the game. He also had three blocks and a career-high three assists against the Vandals. En route to the Aggies winning back-to-back WAC Tournament titles, Dixon tied a career high with 13 points against Texas State (March 15) in the tournament semifinals.
2011-12 (Sophomore)
In his sophomore campaign, Dixon played in 17 games. He averaged 2.2 points and 2.0 rebounds. Dixon shot 44.4 percent from the field (12-of-27) and 75.0 percent from the free-throw line (12-of-16). He also contributed nine blocked shots and six steals. In the 91-66 win over Southern (Dec. 19), Dixon scored a season-high seven points on a 3-of-3 performance including his first 3-pointer of the year. In the 100-68 rout of Northern New Mexico (Feb. 14), Dixon grabbed nine rebounds and blocked three shots. Additionally, he recorded two games with two blocked shots versus Central Michigan (Nov. 24) and at Southern Mississippi (Dec. 4).
2010-11 (Freshman)
Dixon played in 20 games for the Aggies in 2010-11 after the possibility of redshirting his freshman season was changed due to team injuries. He averaged 2.7 points and 1.7 rebounds per game. Dixon recorded a 45.7 field goal percentage (16-of-35) and 77.8 free throw percentage (21-of-27). He also added six steals, five assists and four blocked shots as a freshman. In his first career game as an Aggie, Dixon played a season-high 29 minutes with four points and six rebounds against in-state rival New Mexico (Dec. 4). In his third game, he grabbed a season-high nine rebounds against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Dec. 13). Dixon followed that performance with back-to-back double-digit games with 10 points versus Oklahoma Panhandle State (Dec. 16) and a season-high 13 points against Pacific (Dec. 18). In the win over Pacific, Dixon was 5-of-5 from the field and 3-of-3 at the free-throw line.
High School
Dixon joined the Aggies after playing at Christian Faith Academy in Creedmoor, N.C. He averaged 26 points and 14 rebounds. Dixon also played at Central Tech in Toronto, Ontario, for three years, where he averaged 19 points and nine rebounds. He was a member of the Grassroots Canada Elite AAU team.

He is the son of Noel Dixon and Neva Porter and was born in Toronto, Ontario. Dixon is majoring in accounting.
