2017-18: Helped guide NM State to its 21st NCAA Tournament appearance…led the Aggies to their third WAC regular-season title in four years with 12-2 finish as well as its eighth WAC Tournament title...earned First-Team All-WAC and was named to the WAC All-Newcomer Team after averaging 19.7 points and 5.0 rebounds in conference play with a .436 shooting clip…also named to USBWA All-District VIII team and NABC Second-Team District 6…claimed four WAC Player of the Week honors…scored 20-plus points in 17 games while hitting the 30-plus point plateau three times…had an 18-game stretch with 10-plus points spanning three months…poured in 25 points on 8-of-12 shooting, including three from downtown, with six rebounds in win over East Central University (11/10)…followed up with 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting against then-No. 21/22 Saint Mary’s on the road…welcomed New Mexico (11/17) to the Pan Am Center with 28 points on 9-of-18 shooting…poured in 30 points five days later against Colorado State (11/22) to go with eight rebounds…dropped 21 points with eight rebounds in his first meeting against UTEP (11/25) at home…dropped 29 points at Grand Canyon (1/11) with five boards and 10-of-10 from the line…posted 28 points the next game at CSU Bakersfield (1/13), this time on 8-of-12 shooting…was a point shy of his career-high in points with 34 versus UT Rio Grande Valley (2/3) on top of six assists and 7-of-12 shooting from 3-point land…recorded his first-career double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds along with five assists in loss at Seattle U (2/17)…averaged 24.3 points and 4.7 rebounds at the WAC Tournament, including 31 points against Seattle U (3/9) in the semifinals and 21 points in the quarterfinals against Chicago State as well as 21 points in the title game against Grand Canyon (3/10)…was selected to the WAC All-Tournament Team...will be playing in his second NCAA Tournament with his second team in as many years…poured in 29 points on 9-of-18 shooting against fifth-seeded Clemson (3/16) in opening round of the NCAA Tournament.
2016-17 (Texas Southern): Named Associated Press All-American Honorable Mention and Southwestern Athletic Conference Player of the Year after averaging 16.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals...helped the Tigers capture the SWAC regular-season and tournament championship and earned their fourth-straight postseason appearance…finished the season third in the league in scoring (16.8 ppg), fourth in free-throw percentage (.786) and eighth in steals (1.3 spg)…opened his career at Texas Southern with a whopping 35 points at UT Arlington (11/12)…dropped 26 points two games later at Rice (11/16), which started a six-game stretch of 13-plus points…opened SWAC play with 23 points at Alcorn State (1/2) and went on to record double-digit points the next 18 games…had a season-high 30 points against Alcorn State (3/2)…had nine points against North Carolina (3/17) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

2013-14 (Illinois State): Was second on the team with 11.3 points per game and 3.0 rebounds per game while seeing action in all 31 contests…scored 12 points at VCU in his Division I debut…reached double-figures in the following six games…pulled down a season-high seven boards at Wichita State (1/8)… dropped 21 points at home against Evansville (1/15) thanks to four 3-pointers...tied his season-high in rebounds with seven against Drake to go with 10 points…netted 24 points at Northern Iowa on 8-of-16 shooting, including a 4-of-7 effort from beyond the arc…tallied a season-high 25 points on 9-of-19 shooting against Missouri State (3/7) in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.
2012-13 (San Jacinto College): Averaged 16.6 points, which ranked in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division Top-100 as a freshman…shot 47.3-percent from the field, 34.8 percent from three and 75.7-percent from the free-throw line…reached double-figures 19 times in his first year with the Ravens, including a pair of 26-point performances…led the team to a 24-6 mark that season, earning him NJCAA All-Region XIV Second-Team honors.
High School: A graduate of Columbia Heights High School…led the Hylanders to the Minnesota State High School League Class 3A State Championship game as a senior…averaged 31 points and was a 1,000 point scorer at CHHS…attended Quakerdale Prep School in New Providence, Iowa, before enrolling at San Jacinto College.
Personal: Son of Tonia Lofton…has a younger brother, Marcus…earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas Southern in the Spring of 2017…studying to get a graduate degree in education at New Mexico State.
