The Freshman from Las Cruces was featured in 30 games for the Aggies making 29 starts... Solorzano played in every game he was healthy in as he missed 24 games due to a hand injury... Solorzano had a batting average of .327... In 110 at-bats he recorded 36 total hits... He hit six doubles and three home runs for the Aggies... Solorzano also hade 18 RBIs... Solorzano made five appearances and one start on the mound... He threw for 7.0 total innings on the year only giving up nine hits and six earned runs... Solorzano walked two batters and struck out nine in his seven innings of work.

Graduated from Las Cruces High School in 2023... in 2023 he was named first team All-State pitcher, second team All-State catcher, District 3-5A Player of the Year, and played in the Bob Ogaz All-Star Classic as a Pitcher/Catcher... in 2022 was named second team All-State Pitcher, first team All-District infielder and pitcher... in 2021 was named first team All-District Pitcher... according to Perfect Game Solorzano was ranked as the best third baseman in New Mexico and the 22nd third baseman in the nation... had a batting average of .441... recorded 65 RBIs... 42 stolen bases... had an ERA of 1.47... holds Las Cruces High Schools career strike out record with 265... was in National Honor Society.

Son of George Solorzano and Luisa Camacho... has four siblings... both parents attended NMSU... father is a US Army veteran... mother owns The Clubhouse in Las Cruces... majoring in Individualized Studies.
