2007-08 ? Junior: Stevens played in the first nine games of the season for the Aggies, averaging 4.9 points and 4.3 rebounds. She scored a career-high 12 points against Texas State on Nov. 24 on 4-of-8 shooting from the field and also had a career-high nine rebounds. In NMSU’s next game against rival UTEP, Stevens contributed eight rebounds in the tough overtime loss. She shot 43.2 percent from the field on the year, blocked three shots and had two steals.

Independence Junior College: Stevens was a Second Team All- Jayhawk Conference selection at Independence Junior College where she spent two seasons. After the Pirates went 10-20 her freshman season, Stevens helped turn around the program and led IJC to a 18-13 record her sophomore season in 2006-07 where she scored 12 points per game.

High School: Stevens played for coach Charles Turner at Cedar Shoals High School in Athens, Ga., where she led the Jaguars to two consecutive sub-region championships in 2003 and 2004. During those two years her team posted a 44-15 record.

Personal: Eva Danielle Stevens was born on January 8, 1989 to parents Hope and Stacy Stevens. She is majoring in business.
