2009-10 - Junior
Lowe quickly earned a starting role at NM State just six games into when she scored 24 points against Michigan on Nov. 28 to help the Aggies claim the Aggie Thanksgiving Classic Title. The following game Lowe scored a career high 29 points against New Mexico on Dec. 2, while going 6-of-6 at the charity stripe. Her total led the team for scoring in a game in 2009-10. She started 22 games in a row before dropping out of the lineup in mid-February, only to reappear as a starter in the postseason at Arizona State where she led the team with 20 points, five boards and six steals. Lowe ran the offense at the point for the majority of the season and was third on the team in minutes played. She averaged 14.1 points per game while starting all 23 games in 2009-10 and helped lead the Aggies to their first postseason appearance in 16 years. Lowe led the team with three scoring performances over 25 points. She was named the Verizon Wireless WAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week, the conference office announced, Monday, Jan. 11 for the first time in her career. During the week, Lowe averaged 21.5 points on 57 percent shooting, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals as the Aggies opened WAC play 2-0. She scored a game-high 26 points in NM State's first-ever win at Boise State, including 12 of the team's final 27 points. She followed it up with a game-high 17 points, a career-high-tying six rebounds, four assists and three steals in a win over Hawai'i. Lowe twice made 7-of-9 field goals on the year against Hawai'i on Jan. 9 and versus Idaho on March 10. She drained five three-point field goals twice as well against Michigan and New Mexico in her first two starts at NM State and went a perfect 4-for-4 from beyond the arc against Idaho on March 10. She netted a career high of 10 free throws on Jan. 16 at Louisiana Tech. Lowe dished out a career high eight assists at Hawai'i on Feb. 10 - a team high mark for the season. She swiped a career high steals twice during the season. Lowe led the team in scoring 13 times while scoring in double figures in 22 of the 32 games on the year while averaging 27.6 minutes per game. Lowe also had 14 games where she scored 15 or more points, seven contests of 20 points or more and three above 25 tallies. Her 100 assists in 2009-10 led the team. She was second on the team with 71 steals and 450 points on the year. Lowe shot 40.1 percent from the field and made 51 3-pointers, which was the second on the team.
2008-09
After originally committing to play at Colorado State, Lowe sat out the 2008-09 season while finishing up her associate's degree at Foothill College.
2006-08 - Foothill College
Lowe was a two-time Coast Conference League Most Valuable Player and she was named to the all-state and all-region teams both seasons she played with the Foothill Owls. She led Foothill to a 33-3 record in 2007-08 and a second place finish in the state under coach Jody Craig. That year the Owls won 28 straight games and all 10 of their CCL games to capture the league title. She was named to the 2008 state all-tournament team after a 22-point, eight-assist game in the semifinals of the playoffs and a 17-point performance in the championship game. She averaged 20 points a game in her time with the Owls.
High School
Lowe was the 2006 West Bay Athletic League Most Valuable Player playing as a shooting guard for Mercy High School in San Francisco, Calif. She was named to the all-metro team in her senior season of 2006. That year the Mercy Skippers posted a 29-3 record while capturing the league championship with Lowe averaging 18 points and five assists per game under coach Mike Gutierrez.

Jasmine Lowe was born Dec. 26, 1988 in San Francisco, Calif. and is the daughter of Anthony and Sabrina Lowe.
