2018-19: Helped Aggies secure their fifth straight WAC regular-season championship and a WAC Tournament Championship… played in all 32 games… second on the team in blocked shots with 26… Recorded season-high 18 points against Northern New Mexico (11/26)… Made first career start against UTRGV (1/26)… season-high 5 rebounds vs. South Alabama in Miami (12/20)…scored 11 points off the bench in the WAC Semifinal vs. Kansas City (3/15).
High School: Hailing from Torrance, Calif., Atkinson played varsity basketball for West High School her last three years… Averaged 9.3 points, 3.3 assists and 2.6 steals per game during her junior year… Assisted her team to a victory in the Southern Section Championship during her sophomore season… Over the course of two seasons, Atkinson led WHS to an overall record of 51-16.
