Biography

2009 (Freshman): Gutierrez redshirted in 2009.

 

High School/Club: Gutierrez was a defender from Franklin High School in El Paso, Texas. She led the Cougars to three district championships and a career record of 45-3. In her senior campaign, Gutierrez earned most valuable player honors at the Gulf Coast Classic. As a junior, Gutierrez was a first team all-district 5A selection, a second team all-city honoree and selected to the all-tournament team of the Gulf Coast Classic. She tabbed second team all-district 5A honors as both a sophomore and freshman.

 

Personal: She is the daughter of George and Patricia Gutierrez, and she was born in El Paso, Texas. Gutierrez is pursuing a degree in education.
